The TQUK English Language Skills Certificate A1 (Stages 1 & 2) is the first course in a series of General English courses for learners studying English at CEFR levels A1 (Beginner) up to CEFR C1 (Advanced). It combines active learning with a variety of lively topics presented in well-themed activities. It covers the four elements of the language (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening) including vocabulary, grammar, presentation skills, and cultural information. It also provides progress checks that let the learner monitor their own progress. This course is endorsed by TQUK (Training Qualifications UK) an Awarding Organization recognized by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) in England.
