Q: Shall I take MCAD or MCSD?

A: Neither! MCAD and MCSD tracks were designed to train professionals on the .net platform version 1.1. If you want to receive training on the new .net platform version 2.0 and all its exciting features, you should go for the new Microsoft certification called Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD). The MCPD track is designed with three different sub-tracks to suit different needs:

• Professional Developer: Web Developer
• Professional Developer: Windows Developer
• Professional Developer: Enterprise Applications Developer
